Sexual Harassment Policy

Policy Statement:

Reputection.com is committed to maintaining a workplace that is free from all forms of discrimination, including sexual harassment. We strive to foster a work environment that promotes respect, professionalism, and equality among all employees.

Prohibited Conduct:

Sexual harassment is unlawful and strictly prohibited at Reputection.com. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Unwelcome sexual advances or requests for sexual favors.
  • Verbal, non-verbal, or physical conduct of a sexual nature.
  • Offensive jokes, comments, or gestures of a sexual nature.
  • Displaying sexually suggestive objects, pictures, or other materials.

Reporting Procedure:

Employees who believe they have experienced or witnessed sexual harassment are encouraged to report the incident promptly.

Investigation Process:

Upon receiving a complaint, Reputection.com will promptly and thoroughly investigate all allegations of sexual harassment. The investigation will be conducted in a confidential and impartial manner. All employees involved will be treated with sensitivity, and their privacy will be respected to the extent permitted by law.

Disciplinary Action:

If, after investigation, Reputection.com determines that sexual harassment has occurred, prompt corrective action will be taken, up to and including termination of employment. Disciplinary measures will be commensurate with the severity of the offense.

Retaliation Prohibition:

Reputection.com strictly prohibits retaliation against any individual who reports sexual harassment or participates in an investigation. Retaliation is a violation of this policy and will result in appropriate disciplinary action.

Prevention and Training:

Reputection.com is committed to preventing sexual harassment through ongoing education and training programs for all employees. These programs will emphasize the importance of maintaining a workplace free from harassment and the consequences for violating this policy.

Compliance with New York State Laws:

This policy is in compliance with the requirements of the New York State Human Rights Law regarding sexual harassment prevention policies and training.

Review and Revision:

Reputection.com will periodically review and update this policy to ensure its effectiveness. Employees will be notified of any changes to the policy promptly.

Acknowledgment:

All employees are required to review and acknowledge receipt of this policy. Failure to comply with this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
